You have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to return an item. Please use the return form that you received with your order. Fill in the return form using the code that best explains the reason for your return, and place it together with the item(s) you wish to return in the parcel. You can also request a new return form by email at claim@camcamcopenhagen.com if needed.
If you would like to return something from a non-EU-country, please enclose a copy of the invoice, mark the item you are returning and clearly state that it is a return. Shipments without an invoice or return note will be custom cleared again and therefore not accepted by us.

We only accept packages sent to this address.
When returning you are responsible that the item/s is responsibly packed. You carry the risk for the package/items until we receive it. Please be advised that the shipping fees for the returned items are to be covered at your own expense. Remember to save your post receipt and e.g. track and trace number.
Some goods cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to furniture.
You can buy a return label from us for 4.90 EUR / 35 DKK. We will deduct the amount from the refund we need to make once we receive and process your return. Please reach out to our customer service at info@camcamcopenhagen.com if you would like to buy a return label.
Textile products:
The item(s) should be returned unused, unwashed, in perfect condition, and in their original undamaged packaging. Please ensure it is also protected in the polybag it arrived in.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original packaging and labels may not be accepted.
Furniture Items:
Furniture needs to be returned disassembled and with its original packaging. If the packaging is damaged but the product is received in good condition, we will refund the full purchase value minus 25%. Returns that are damaged or used may not be accepted.
Exchange
Simply place a new order for the replacement items online and proceed with the returns process for the articles you want to exchange.
Refund Processing
Once the returned items are received, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that we will only refund the delivery charge for your initial order when you return the entire order. Refund will usually be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
